The significant impact of health promotion and disease prevention on overall health is frequently overlooked and given little attention in the pursuit of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Health promotion and disease prevention have huge impact on health, yet given low priority.

 In the pursuit of a universally inclusive and resilient health system, our Symposium theme is centred around the role of access, prevention, and promotion in achieving universal health coverage.

As we convene, our collective focus will delve into strategies to eliminate barriers and enhance accessibility to essential health services, explore innovative preventive measures, and highlight the importance of health promotion for the healthy citizen.

The Symposium will seek to foster dialogue and collaboration among healthcare professionals, policymakers, and innovators, we aim to inspire actionable strategies that contribute to the global pursuit of comprehensive and inclusive health coverage.
