Some good news for our police. The South African Police Service’s Special Task Force Unit now ranks among the top 10 SWAT teams in the world. They came 9th out of 55 law enforcement teams from 55 from all over the world, making them the best in Africa. The competition assessed tactical acumen, mental focus and physical endurance. The team moved four spots up from 13th place in 2022. So what does the Special Task Force Unit do and what does this win mean?
