Earlier on today, Justice and Constitutional Development Minister Thembi Simelane appeared before the Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services to explain matters related to VBS. Simelane denied having an improper relationship with the contractor employed by the Polokwane municipality and she also denied any wrong-doing regarding the controversial VBS scandal.
