Interestingly as well is that Paul Kagame first came into power in 1994 after he led the Rwandan Patriotic Front rebel group to defeat Hutu extremist forces and end the genocide that killed more than 800,000 people, mostly members of the Tutsi minority – but three decades later – what more can he offer the East African nation?
