Police in KwaZulu-Natal are investigating the circumstances leading up to the death of a disabled 12-year-old boy, who was buried without an autopsy and a death certificate. Ndumiso Zondi had Cerebral Palsy, he died on Saturday in Coffee Farm, KwaZulu-Natal, and he was immediately buried at his home on Sunday.
