The National Prosecuting Authority has filed a petition with the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA), challenging a court ruling that deemed Moroadi Cholota’s extradition unlawful. The organisation believes that there are compelling reasons for the SCA to hear its appeal, they are also of the view that the Free State High Court judge erred in dismissing their application for leave to appeal.
