The Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison in Mpumalanga has urged motorists to adhere to the rules of the road and reduce speed especially when driving in adverse weather conditions. This after a head on collision claimed the lives of five people on the N4 toll road between Machadodorp and Belfast yesterday afternoon.
