The National PulseTenderpreneur Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala appeared before the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court today, after the State separated his Medicare24 case from his co-accused. Matlala pleaded GUILTY to ALL charges of Fraud, corruption and money laundering relating to the Medicare/SAPS 228 million rand tender.
