The N3 Toll Concession released a statement earlier today stating that a steady increase in Traffic Volumes was expected on the N3 Northbound, towards Gauteng, as many travellers return home after the Easter weekend. Traffic heading north was expected to pick up from 10AM this morning with busy conditions expected to continue throughout the day until approximately 8PM tonight.
