The Incarceration Nations Network is set to launch what is being described as the world’s first consulting agency led by formerly incarcerated leaders from across the globe. The initiative will be unveiled in partnership with the United Nations during the Global Convening on Justice Innovation taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, bringing together policymakers, donors, NGOs, and academics from various countries. The gathering is expected to focus on justice reform and lived-experience leadership in shaping more inclusive and effective criminal justice systems worldwide.
