In conversation with Yershen Pillay about how South Africa’s Chemical Industries Education and Training Authority (CHIETA) is taking smart skills centre (each one worth R5 million) to rural parts of the country. Also interestingly, for the second year, CHIETA has received a clean audit from the AG and met all 100 percent of its targets. CHIETA has also partnered with Services Seta to deepen access to smart centres in rural areas.
