It’s been a month since Cardinal Robert Prevost was elected Pope and took the name Leo XIV. Pope Leo has made several pronouncements since his election and most recently, he has criticised the emergence of nationalist political movements and their exclusionary mindset. He has also appealed for peace in Ukraine and called for a ceasefire in Gaza, along with the liberation of hostages. But is he hitting the right notes so far?
