As we wrap up International Mother Tongue Language Month. Today we are joined by someone who has been described as an erudite scholar of note when it comes to mother tongue education, Dr Tessa Dowling. She is an acclaimed Xhosa lecturer with a Distinguished Teacher Award from UCT.
