Earlier today, the Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans General Bantu Holomisa visited the 1 Military Hospital in Tshwane as part of his department’s assessment program. Some of you may recall that not so long ago, Parliament’s Joint standing Committee on Defence raised concerns about the state of the hospital as they were not impressed about what they found there.
