Black Forum South Africa has asked Dean Macpherson, Minister of Public Works, not to proceed with the appointment of five new board members to the Independent Development Trust, arguing that the appointment process was flawed. The organisation is demanding that the minister must withdraw his request to the Master of the High Court to issue letters of authority by no later than 17:00pm today, warning that if he chooses to ignore their request, they will have no choice but to approach the High Court.
