AfriForum says they do not need EFF’s permission to keep Tshwane clean. This after the newly elected MMC of environmental affairs and Agriculture Obakeng Ramabodu (who is an EFF member) announced recently that he was going to propose that the agreement between the City of Tshwane and AfriForum be cancelled.
