Text Regret: The One You Wish You Could Unsend Pt 2

View descriptionShare

Barnes and Leslie crack open the floodgates on accidental text disasters, and the stories are wild. It starts with Barnes texting Leslie “call when you have sex” (meant to say “in a sec”), then spirals into listener calls with everything from autocorrect fails to full-blown “sent it to the wrong person” disasters.

Highlights:

  • Crash once texted his ex-wife’s mom something X-rated meant for his ex. It involved a "new toy."

  • A listener texted “wish you were her” instead of “wish you were here” to his wife. Still paying for that one.

  • One woman accidentally met her future husband after sending an inspirational message to a wrong number.

  • Multiple people sent late-night hookup messages to friends or family by mistake.

  • Another woman told a guy she missed his “huge cocktail” (thanks, autocorrect).

  • And the all-time champ: a Facebook cooking group member tried to post about “duck stock” and got autocorrected to “f*** stick.”
