Phil describes how Creed’s lead singer, Scott Stapp, appeared disoriented on stage, stumbling through just a few songs, unable to remember lyrics, and ultimately lying on his back mid-performance. Despite the band's attempts to carry on, fans were left confused, disappointed, and without an apology or refund. When the concert promoters failed to address the issue, Phil decided to take legal action.
