Barnes files an on-the-street report detailing a police ride-along that nearly ended in disaster. He is thrown into a high-speed chase in the pouring rain down Roswell Road after a car with no taillight. When the suspect is finally clocked speeding and pulls over, Barnes risks stepping up to the car window to interview the driver live. The officer issues a ticket, but the story takes an immediate turn five minutes later.
