With funding for SNAP benefits running out on November 1st, the Boone County Commission have stepped in with a monetary donation to the Food Bank to try and help them manage the inevitable extra demand.  Kip Kendrick, Boone County's Presiding Commissioner explains how the commission were able to help on this MM with Simon.
