U.S Senate race in Pa. heads to recount; York business owner apologizes for using racial slurs

Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate race is headed for a recount. As of yesterday, Republican Davide McCormick led Democratic incumbent Bob Casey by about 28,000 votes out of more than 6.9 million ballots counted.

A York County business owner is apologizing after a video of him using racial slurs was posted on social media. 

The Elizabethtown Area School board  in Lancaster County has introduced two policies prepared by the religious rights law firm -- the Independence Law Center.
