Security will be tight in Philadelphia for tonight's debate; Pa. student to be charged for violent threats

With tonight's presidential debate taking place in Philadelphia, city police are working with state and federal law enforcement to ensure the high profile event is secure .

Classes are set to resume at a Perry County school district today -- one day after they were canceled due to threats of violence on social media.
