Required audit of the vote in Pa. underway; Amtrak wraps up track upgrade early on Keystone Service

Counties are auditing election results to make sure vote totals reflect the will of the voters. It's a key part of the election process before vote totals are certified and officials are sworn into office. 

The state Department of Education has revised guidelines for training teachers on culturally-relevant topics.
