Rash of bomb threats at state capitols, and libraries struggle to make ends meet

At least a dozen state capitols have been the target of bomb threat hoaxes recently. Pennsylvania is not among them, but is prepared to respond, if necessary. The Philadelphia Eagles are limping into the postseason, while the Pittsburgh Steelers are soaring. State lawmakers are trying to tackle misuse of artificial intelligence in campaigns. A bill in the state House would increase the amount of electricity Pennsylvania gets from renewable sources. Libraries across the state are struggling financially because most don’t have a funnel of stable annual revenue.
