Pa. counties can start process to issue mail-in ballots, after court ruling

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court has upheld a lower ruling that rejected a bid to get independent presidential candidate Cornel West on the battleground state's ballot for the November election. 

Commonwealth Secretary Al Schmidt is answering voter concerns ahead of the November 5th election. The state’s top election leader is working overtime to ensure the election is free, fair, safe and secure.
