Pipeline builder Energy Transfer is back in Chester County to clean up what appears to be pollution related to its construction of the Mariner East pipelines. The largest school district in Berks County is opening a dedicated lounge and study space for unhoused students. Pennsylvania is the only state in which one party controls the House and the other controls the Senate. That means bills with widespread support are being stopped at the committee level. Authorities are investigating the derailment of three trains in Lehigh County. An Amish farmer in Lancaster County will not be allowed to sell raw milk or dairy products made from it to the public.
