Ray White speaks to Ali Siddiqi, Chief Financial Officer at ADNOC Distribution, about the company's definitive agreement to acquire Shell Downstream South Africa in a deal valued at approximately $1 billion (R16 billion). The acquisition includes Shell's network of 580 fuel stations, as well as its wholesale fuel, aviation and lubricants businesses, and forms part of ADNOC Distribution's strategy to expand its footprint across Africa.
