Anna Jenkins went to the dentist in Penang on December 13, 2017. Hours later, she called her husband in panic, saying someone was trying to kidnap her.

Over nearly three years, Greg travelled more than 120,000 kilometres across Malaysia, put up thousands of posters, interviewed anyone who would talk — and uncovered leads police never followed.
