This week the boys welcome back to the show previous USA tour guest Mike Bledsoe and good friend Mark England. The topics in this show really dig into some core issues of fitness athletes, their egos and their lives outside the gym.

Rebuilding the Ego, reinventing yourself and not relying on others are some of the main points of discussion as the boys do a deep dive into what they believe holds back most people from being more successful in their training and their careers.

- Who you're becoming is uncertain and people don't like uncertainty, they also don't want to look bad, everyone wants to look good (14:31)

- Over the course of the past 15 years I've developed a decent practice of observing how my thoughts influence me (1:29:50)

- I already have coaches that have gone through the strong coach program that have a good enough head on their shoulder so to handle this knowledge and help me disseminating it through down (1:44:07)
