Lauren is a skilled and dedicated professional with a passion for promoting wellness and helping others improve their overall health and well-being. She obtained a degree in Psychology and spent the early years of her career working in corporate environments, gaining valuable experience in areas such as organizational behaviour, team dynamics, and stress management.

 However, after the birth of her first child and facing her own health challenges, Lauren underwent a profound transformation. She began to explore holistic health practices and alternative therapies, which helped her to regain her vitality and sense of balance. Inspired by her own journey, Lauren decided to dedicate her career to helping others discover the benefits of holistic health.

 Today, Lauren manages the team at Mindbody Lounge, Perth's premier and most advanced wellness centre. Drawing on her experience and expertise in psychology and holistic health, she works with clients to create customized wellness plans that address their unique needs and goals. She is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest health technologies and techniques from around the world, and is committed to helping her clients achieve their best health and well-being.
