Can we reach Enlightenment in this life time? Can we reach our FULL potential? What would full potential look like?  Humans have an incredible amount of potential, but at times, we lack the understanding to know how to really develop and lean into this potential.  

The final stage of Enlightenment, of wholeness and one with everything, is a place we can reach; holistically fulfilled, completely detachment and vibrating in a state of pure bliss and love.  

Well - I absolutely believe it's possible and Dr. Patrick Jones has developed a powerful exploration  of the stages involved in acquiring this Enlightenment. The work of Dr Patrick Jones focuses on leading people to awaken to their true nature of inner well-being. 

With a previous background in clinical psychology for twenty years, he now through teaching and research, brings the marriage of psychology and spirituality into the mainstream.

Patrick has presented at state, national and international conferences in psychology and health, and has been a director at eastern ashrams and western monasteries. 

He has experience in the commercial sector, having founded several companies and a not-for-profit charity, and has managed a portfolio of over a dozen properties.
