Carrie is a university qualified Nutritionist with specialist training in Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine.

She is passionate about helping people use ‘food as medicine’ to support their health and healing. She advocates lowering carbohydrate intake to promote better metabolic health and fuel delivery to the cells of the body, so they can function optimally.
