The NZ Rugby Players’ Association is calling for the entire board to quit immediately and for an interim group to be put in their place for the next two years.
Association CEO Rob Nichol told Mike Hosking that they’ve simply outlined what they feel they need to do, which is adopt the best practices the expert panel has put forward.
He said that everyone agrees on the need for change, and to restore confidence and trust in the board and governance of NZR, the honourable thing for them to do is step down.
