Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are at odds after Trump pulled out of a scheduled ABC debate, instead proposing a Fox News debate.

Harris has declined, claiming Trump's trying to back out.

US correspondent Mitch McCann says the candidates are now feuding on social media.

"He posted on social media - I'll see her on September 4 or I won't see her at all. Kamala Harris has hit back saying - it's interesting how any time, any place becomes one specific place."
