This morning’s rush hour is providing the first real test of Auckland’s new City Rail Link.
Thousands of commuters are expected to take the transformed network to work and school for the first time.
Auckland Transport group manager of rail services, Mark Lambert, says they're expecting things to be busy today.
"We're operating a lot more capacity than we did, for example, last week - we're really confident that the service will be operating really well today."
