Today on the How-To Series, we are learning how do to Pilates; this is a form
of exercise and body conditioning. Our coach for the day is Lucas Mthenjana,
a human performance coach with more than 20 years’ experience helping
people move better. With his expertise introducing the Afro-Brazilian martial
arts; Capoeira, and Zumba to South Africa, to strength and conditioning,
dance and pilates, he has gained a unique perspective on movement. Lucas
is passionate about challenging the way we think about ageing, strength and
mobility. We chat to him
