Hazem Sedda is the proud owner of Redfern Convenience Store, an iconic establishment in Australia. He grew up in Palestine during the early 2000s with a dream of becoming a pilot. However, after taking a flying course at Bankstown airport in Sydney, he realised that running his father's convenience store was far more exciting. He has since turned it into a successful family business that has gone through its fair share of challenges and triumphs.

From viral antics during the pandemic to selling camel balls lollies, Hazem has a unique approach to running his business.
