Gov. Mike Parson talks with Ryan & Kim about his recent trip to Eagle Pass Texas and his promise to provide troops to help protect the Texas Border.  Gov. Parson also gives an update on IP reform and why he feels it should have been done earlier.  The subject of raises for teachers comes up and Gov. Parson talks about what he hopes the Education Reform Bill will help with that.
