The Yogasana Sports Federation of South Africa is the official national body affiliated with World Yogasana, dedicated to establishing yoga as a recognized competitive sport. The Federation will be commemorating the 12th International Day of Yoga on June 20th with a special event in Ladysmith and there are other initiatives of interest to the public which is discussed with the President, Mr. Reginald Maistry and Director, Rekha Singh.
