All of us - at one point or another - have periods of feeling a bit flat, disconnected from ourselves and burnt-out. My intention with this season is to help you move from a “low-res” version of yourself to the full-blown, glorious Technicolor version of you. Each week, I’ll be exploring a different life area to help you upgrade your life.   

This week I’m talking about one of my FAVOURITE things; books!!  

I’ve learned a tonne from different sources on how I can learn more about myself, step into my potential more, and create micro life upgrades where I can.  I’m talking events, mentors, coaches, trainings…

… however the source of most of my learning has been from books.  I’m an avid reader and a lot of my mentoring approach is influenced by the books I’ve read.

In this episode, I guide you through the nine books that have helped me gain the greatest insight into myself - that have provided learning, comfort and wisdom.  This list is pretty much required reading in my LM Love Club membership group!
