We’re heading into my version of Christmas… aka Goalsetting Season!!  

A question I get a LOT is how I do my annual goalsetting, so in this week’s episode I step you through it.

Goalsetting is SO MUCH MORE than rattling off a few achievements you want to make happen.  To really get the most out of it, it should be a structured process that includes reflection, holistic thinking, and specific actions that will get you that critical momentum.

I’ve refined this process over the last decade, and I’m pretty bloody proud of it by now.   I’m fresh from my own 2025 goalsetting, so I hope what I share in this week’s episode helps you with your own goals for next year.
