But Maurice Newman graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Economics. He spent forty years in stockbroking and related areas.

His list of positions included Chairmanships of Banks, a University, the Stock Exchange, and other political and charity achievements.

We discussed New Zealand, he loves the place, but he is not happy with the way we are heading.
