Today I sat down with Rachael Wilde, Co-Founder of tbh Skincare. Batting acne for years, she trialled so many products and couldn't find a good solution until she stumbled upon an amazing acne treatment whilst working in medical sales. When she found this amazing technology that was patented, she pitched to secure a license to sell the product which was obviously a success. Fast forward to now they're in stocked Priceline and Coles around Australia. Such a fun chat about her best marketing campaigns, biggest fuck ups, how she merged with boost labs which 5x her business! I've never spoken to someone who has merged their business with another so found this SUPER interesting.
