Lt. Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott issued an update on Hurricane Harvey. "Now that the hurricane has come on shore, our primary concern remains dramatic flooding... because of the flooding, one of the top focal points that we're concerned about is on-going rescue and recovery."

The debate over the confederate monuments has really revealed some of the true racists in America. One confederate suporter, Russell, shares his opinion on preserving their history and makes a snide comment by referring to Martin Luther King as "Martin Luther Coon." He then proceeds to act as if the comment was a simple mistake. Yeah...right... sure.
