Jessie McTavish is the Head Chef at the Dunes Palm Beach, surfer, ocean and seafood sustainability advocate, I met Jessie on Master Chef when he was a guest chef.  Jessie was to most giving of all the chefs I met.  He went out of his way to show us contestants respect and openly appreciated what we were doing and giving up.  There is a quote from Jesse in his profile that I love and really gives you a sense of who Jessie is it says, “it is a privilege to catch, cook and protect what the ocean offers me”.
