Dr. Christopher Mote is a Functional Medicine & Primary Care Physician as well as the Founder of the Cornerstone Health Community, a practice that promotes patient and healthcare partnership through functional medicine. He is a dual degree, Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who specializes in Lifestyle Medicine and Functional Medicine. Before joining the industry, Christopher was a Chiropractic Physician.

Christopher joins us today to discuss how he and his team have built a community out of his primary care practice. He shares his life as a chiropractor and what prompted him to go back to medical school at age 40.
