Guest: Bob Bender | Host Bob Moffitt interviews Bob Bender who remembers his Dad, at the age of 12 at the dinner table, said, "You're going to be a pastor when you grow up." Bob refers to his marketplace work in broadcast television as the "ministry of my career". Bob states, "I would keep extra Bibles in my desk." He'd tell his employees, "You're welcome to grab a Bible, take it home, read, and then ask me questions... and you're invited to Bible study." Bob said that people would come up to him and ask, "Tell me more about this." Bob reiterates his time with an audio engineer who he had shared Jesus with, "He was seeing me on a regular basis." Bob continues, "As best as we can, we should live above reproach, live by example, to show how we respond to things, especially to those we said some principle to." He says he would share, "This is how faith has took hold for me." Bob continues, "God is looking for us, He's calling out to us; there are opportunities everywhere." He continues, "God is not going to give us something we can't handle." Bob concludes, "Be a willing vessel; you might be out walking, out exercising... be attentive, be present, listen to the Holy Spirit and try to understand what they are saying and be available."
