He took him to our Discipleship Training Center to get some new clothes, and then they met with some of the people he had met on the inside. So, they have a healthy sense of community." Jay continues, "Most have a dysfunctional family type of background. They've never had someone like a mentor who is consistent in season and out of season, honors their word, is trustworthy, someone they can confide in, and get advice and counsel from; so picking them up and bringing them to a healthy discipleship community is huge."  Jay says, "We introduce inmates to Christ, and then provides a pathway to make a successful reentry into society.  In Arizona, 67% of incarcerated individuals go back. With our model of mentorship on the inside and mentorship on the outside, 94% of our graduates get out and stay out."
