Guest: Kristina Avanesyan  |  Julian Gibb interviews Kristina Avanesyan.  Kristina tells stories of caring for people in ministry through Joseph House, an apartment in Armenia where she and her staff provide a place of restoration for those ministering in the 5 countries around Armenia, predominantly Muslim countries. "In homes, they can't have Bibles or pray."  One couple said, "Before coming to Joseph House, my wife and I made a decision to abandon the ministry. We are tired; we had been arrested many times, interrogated and threatened." Kristina explains that when they arrive at Joseph House, "We feed them, and they return refreshed."  Kristina continues, "We pray for them, have a dinner, have conversations with them... they freely receive healing and restoration, and return refreshed and ready to continue their ministry."  Kristina says this about one couple who came for two weeks, and returned to their ministry, "They are not tired anymore; but fired for the Lord!"

Guest: Amie Pierone | Host: Bob Moffitt interviews Amie Pierone of Eden Tea and Coffee House at ASU.  Why would a math and physics major, who just received a corporate promotion, leave her job and start a coffee house that creates space serving university students?  Amie says she asked the question, "Could there be something more meaningful that the Lord had for me?" And she tells about students experiencing togetherness with God and others around great coffee, tea and pastries. As one customer put it, "Thank you for creating a space full of peace in such a stressful world; Eden has become my oasis in one of the toughest semesters I've experienced yet. Guest: John Wood | Julian Gibb interviews John Wood, President of Glory Honor Africa.  John Wood explains the joy during a church potluck meal that includes communion, fellowship, but also externally focused serving with the vulnerable widows, orphans and prisoners.  In an area outside of Goma, in the eastern Congo in Africa, John tells a story about how the local church helped 300,000 people who have had to flee their homes to refugee camps. John mentions what one of his partners told those in the refugee camps, "You may not have church buildings, but you still have your congregations." John tells stories about God redeeming an individuals life, a family's life, and a whole community. John says, "God has put his image into the heart of the people of Africa." www.gloryhonor.africa

Guest: Edi Demo | Pastor Julian Gibb interviews Edi Demo of the Ilyricum Movement in Albania.  Eddie says, "I was 13 years old when communism left; that was the first time I heard the gospel through the Jesus Film. That was exclusive news to me that someone had died and rose again, because I never heard that during the communism time."  Eddie talks about church planting in this Muslim nation, "The idea is we go to an area that doesn't have a church. We start to make Christ known in different days.  We offer something similar to VBS for two months: 5 days/week, 4 hours each day with teaching, guitar, piano, drama, arts, German language; every week we have a Biblical theme.  At the end of the week, the parents will come to see a show that their children have prepared; in this way we build relationships with them and share the gospel." Eddie continues, "That area is very open with the gospel and they will come the Lord. The biggest challenge and joy in Albania is raising leaders from within because we don't have seminaries in that area, so we raise them from inside that group of believers. It takes 5-7 years for a church plant to be established and they can be on their own."  www.illyricum.org
