These are people who need the same services that you're providing on the campus", meaning a campus in downtown Phoenix which is a collaboration with St. Vincent de Paul and the City of Phoenix, with 23 different services including food card, clothes, job assistance. "People who are outliers, they didn't have access to that, and they didn't have transportation to get there.
